Buy-to-let Remortgaging
A client approached us to help remortgage 3 of his residential buy-to-let properties and were able to secure the client a good package for all 3 of the buy to let mortgages.  The lender we approached also charged a reduced valuation fee of £100 for each property plus providing a special offer where they paid £600 towards the legal fees for each transaction.
